Ace Cemex Private Limited is a prominent player in the field of cement in Andhra Pradesh for over 2 decades adopting progressive manufacturing practices, whether it relates to maintaining high standards of quality of its products or development of its highly valued human resources or the need to keep the pollution to the barest minimum. The company has now two cement grinding plants with aggregate capacity of 5,00,000 MTPA. The first plant was set up in 1993 and the second which is the larger one has been commissioned in 2002. Andhra Pradesh is rich in deposits of limestone which are mostly located well within the State. The clinker manufacture is carried at such hinterland of the state near to the location of the deposits. Manufacture of cement finally at such places requires the DFA and gypsum to be transported to such places from Tamilnadu and Karnataka then transportation of the finished cement back to the bordering States where it is needed for consumption and thereby adding to the logistic costs significantly.

The Company manufactures various varieties of cement like Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) of 53 grade, 43 grade and Portland Pozzalona Cement (PPC) to suit different needs of customers and all these products are being sold under the Brand Name ASIAN CEMENT and ESSAR CEMENT which has already become popular in Andhra Pradesh, has now found its acceptance among the customers in the neighbouring States as well.

The Ace Cemex Private Limited, plants are located strategically very near to the border of the state with Tamilnadu and Karnataka and comparatively near to Kerala and Puducherry, which are the consuming States. DFA is available within 6 Kms from the plants. Railhead and national highway are also located at an equal distance. Due to the peculiar location of the Ace Cemex Private Limited plants, the transportation costs both for raw materials as well as the finished cement are cut significantly with added advantage of saving environment from being polluted by transport vehicles. Congestion of vehicles on road is also avoided to a considerable extent. We at Ace Cemex Private Limited have rich experience in cement industry being associated with it for the last more than 25 years.

We are manufacturing cement under strict quality controls applying highest degree quality parameters with no compromise.
